We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our affiliate team and help grow our brands, Epicbet, ReSpin and Shokker, across our core markets, specifically in LatAm.\nYou’ll manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, bring new partners on board and make sure every partnership performs. You’ll report to the Head of Affiliates and work closely with other stakeholders.\nWe’re open to both experienced affiliate managers and candidates earlier in their career. The scope of the role and the package will match your experience.\nYour Skills and Experience:\nExperience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, account management or a similar partner-facing role\n\nExcellent written and spoken English\n\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\n\nComfortable working with numbers including reporting, KPIs and data checks with strong attention to detail\n\nWell-organized and able to manage your own priorities effectively\n\nProactive and able to take ownership of your work and follow through independently\n\nComfortable working in the iGaming industry\n\nNice to have:\nPrevious experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry\n\nAn existing network of affiliate partners in LatAm\n\nExperience negotiating CPA, revenue share or hybrid deals\n\nExperience using Cellxpert or similar affiliate tracking platforms\n\nUnderstanding of traffic quality and fraud prevention\n\nSpanish language proficiency\n\nYou will be responsible for:\nManaging day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners: SEO, PPC, tipsters, streamers and communities\n\nFinding, recruiting and onboarding new partners, with a focus on LatAm\n\nNegotiating commercial terms and managing partner agreements\n\nTracking performance in Cellxpert, reporting results and optimizing what doesn’t work\n\nMonitoring traffic quality and partner compliance\n\nSupporting month-end closing, including stats, fixed fees and payouts\n\nWorking with internal teams on campaigns and promo materials\n\nLocation: Tallinn, working hybrid - 4 in the office and a day remote.\nCompany culture and benefits:\nAt Sisu Group we believe in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where teamwork is the key.
