This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social communities, knows the LATAM audience, and enjoys being right in the middle of the action.\nWe're open to candidates across Latin America. \nYour Skills and Experience:\n2+ years of experience in Community Management, with hands-on experience managing communities across Meta, TikTok and Telegram. Experience with Discord is a plus\n\nNative-level Spanish with a strong understanding of regional nuances across Latin America, together with very good written and spoken English\n\nStrong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and adapt messaging to different audiences and channels\n\nExperience creating and managing community campaigns, with a strategic and innovative approach to growing engagement and building communities\n\nProactive and positive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership\n\nUniversity degree or equivalent relevant experience\n\nBonus Points:\nUnderstanding of the iGaming, sports betting, esports or online entertainment industries\n\nExperience working with local influencer networks and creative teams, including designers and video producers\n\nExperience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social amplification\n\nYour will be responsible for:\nTake care of the day-to-day management and growth of our communities across Meta, Telegram, TikTok and Discord\n\nPrepare, publish and localise posts, stories and other social updates according to the content plan\n\nMonitor and respond to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely, engaging and authentic way\n\nPlan and execute contests, polls, giveaways and other interactive campaigns to grow the audience and drive daily engagement\n\nCollaborate with designers and video producers to make sure content is ready, on-brand and aligned with the campaign strategy\n\nMonitor key metrics such as follower growth, engagement and reach, and share insights with the team lead\n\nFollow local iGaming trends, competitors and social media activity to spot new content ideas, trends and campaign opportunities\n\nCompany culture and benefits:\nAt Sisu Group we believe in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where teamwork is the key.
