Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and engaging player experience, maximising player lifetime value, and contributing to the growth and success of our platform. \nYour Skills and Experience:\n1 + years of CRM Coordinator/Executive experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field\n\nStrong understanding of player behaviour, player segmentation, and player lifecycle management\n\nData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act upon data insights\n\nExcellent communication skills with a creative and customer-centric approach\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nNice to have:\nProficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools\n\nFamiliarity with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus\n\nYour will be responsible for:\nStrategic Campaign Management:\nDevise and implement CRM strategies, tailoring campaigns for player segments with compelling messaging and promotions\n\nExecute lifecycle marketing initiatives, including welcome, retention, reactivation, and win-back campaigns\n\nCoordinate with creative teams to craft impactful localised content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and web messages\n\nImplement personalisation tactics for relevant, timely communication that enhances player engagement\n\nData-Driven Optimisation:\nAnalyse campaign performance and player behavior data to inform actionable improvements\n\nMonitor KPIs, such as engagement, conversion rates, retention, and revenue, adjusting strategies accordingly\n\nConduct A/B tests to fine-tune campaign elements and drive continuous enhancements\n\nCollaborative Cross-Functional Approach:\nWork closely with product, marketing, analytics, and support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives\n\nCompliance and Responsible Gaming:\nEnsure CRM activities adhere to industry regulations and responsible gaming practices\n\nStay updated on legal requirements related to player communication and data privacy\n\nLocation: Tallinn, working hybrid - 4 in the office and a day remote\nCompany culture and benefits:\nAt Sisu Group we believe in creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where teamwork is the key.
