As a global leader in border management, SITA AT BORDERS supports this transformation through innovative and integrated solutions.\nAs a Borders Business Development Manager, you will help drive growth and innovation by building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying new business opportunities.\nMain changes: reduced repetition and created a smoother transition from the market context to SITA and then to the role.\nWHAT TOU WILL DO\nDevelop go-to-market strategies to drive profitable business growth. \nGenerate new leads and opportunities across government accounts. \nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. \nStrengthen relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. \nStay current on border management trends, technologies, and market developments. \nDrive early customer engagement, workshops, and industry events. \nSupport the development of complex solutions aligned with customer needs. \nShape deal strategies, including pricing, positioning, and competitive tactics. \nMaintain accurate pipeline and forecast information in Salesforce. \nShare competitive intelligence and develop customer success stories with internal teams.\nQualifications\nABOUT YOUR SKILLS\n5+ years of proven success in sales, pre-sales or business development.\n3+ years of experience in government, border management, security, defense, aviation, identity, biometrics, or related technology markets.\n3+ years of experience selling technology solutions and services.\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\nExperience building relationships with senior government decision-makers.\nExperience navigating public tenders, RFPs, and government procurement processes.\nProven ability to develop and execute business development plans.\nStrong ability to analyze, track, and consolidate market data.\nNICE TO HAVE\nStrong knowledge of the border management ecosystem, including immigration, customs, passenger processing, identity, biometrics, and national security.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
