You will be accountable for supporting and contributing to all phases of the product creation lifecycle and tacking real-world challenges from day one.\nReporting to Senior Product Manager, you will be a part of the Design and Engineering team, responsible for delivering top-quality products to the aviation industry within our Passengers at Airports division.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop product and feature concepts.\nCreate and review product requirements.\nDesign and validate prototypes.\nGenerate product impressions and visualizations.\nConduct product design, design engineering, and mechanical engineering tasks.\nLeverage research and design skills to improve the sustainability of SITA products.\nQualifications\nWho you are\nSoft skills: Analytical, action-oriented, communication, and a good sense of humour\nHard skills: Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, SolidWorks, KeyShot, and similar tools\nMust have a master’s degree in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a related field\nMust have less than 24 months’ post-graduate experience (excluding undergraduate placement/ internship experience)\nMust be eligible to work in The Netherlands without the need for a work permit or sponsorship\nFluent in English\nWhat you can expect\nHands-on experience in product development projects at different stages, gaining exposure to multiple teams and technologies\nBegin by supporting and learning from the team, progressively taking on individual small design projects/tasks within your first year\nMentorship: A Buddy and a Mentor will guide you throughout your Graduate experience\nBe a part of a local as well as global Graduate community\nBenefit from both technical and soft skills development training\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
