Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAre you ready to love your job?\nThe adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.\nABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM\nThe Manager - Procurement Operations, Systems & Processes is responsible for driving procurement operational excellence, digital transformation, process governance, systems effectiveness, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization.\nThe role provides data-driven insights and decision support to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other executives, combining procurement operations, project management, spend analytics, stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nProcurement Operations, Systems & Process Excellence\nManage and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes including source-tocontract, procure-to-pay, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, approvals, contract compliance, and supplier management.\nEstablish consistent procurement policies, controls, workflows, KPIs, governance standards, and operating procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize procurement processes.\nAct as an expert in defined work flows in Ivalua, e-sourcing, contract management, supplier management and spend analytics.\nMaintain strong procurement data governance, master-data accuracy, supplier-data quality, categorization, and reporting integrity.\nProject & Transformation Management\nLead procurement transformation, system implementation, and process-improvement projects from business case through implementation and benefits realization.\nDefine project scope, milestones, resources, governance, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and implementation plans.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Finance, IT, Project Management, Commercial, Operations, and other business functions.\nTrack project progress, risks, decisions, financial impact, and benefits, providing structured reporting to procurement leadership and executive sponsors.\nSpend Analysis & Performance Management\nAnalyze procurement spend across suppliers, categories, projects, business units, geographies, and technology portfolios.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization, sourcing, supplier consolidation, demand management, and operational improvement.\nDevelop dashboards and management reporting to provide a reliable single source of procurement performance information.\nPartner with Finance to align procurement savings, committed spend, forecasts, budgets, and actual financial impact.\nStakeholder & Change Management\nManage stakeholder communication related to procurement systems, policies, process changes, performance, and transformation initiatives.\nLead structured change-management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and post-implementation support.\nTrack change KPIs including system adoption, process compliance, training completion, stakeholder satisfaction, data quality, and reduction in manual workarounds.\nFacilitate resolution of procurement issues affecting cost, schedules, supplier performance, or operational continuity.\nCorporate Travel Support\nProvide operational oversight of the corporate travel program, including policy compliance, supplier performance, spend visibility, and process improvement.\nAct as the first point of escalation for significant travel-related operational and supplier issues.\nExecutive Communication & Reporting\nPrepare concise, decision-oriented dashboards, management packs, for the CPO, CFO, \nCommunicate procurement performance, spend trends, transformation progress, savings, risks, supplier issues, and business implications.\nTranslate complex procurement, systems, and data topics into clear financial, commercial, operational, and strategic insights.\nQualifications\nABOUT YOUR SKILS:\n5+ years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, or similar roles\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance or related field.\nExperience leading procurement transformation or process improvement\nStrong experience with procurement systems and digital procurement platforms.\nAdvanced analytical and reporting skills\nExperience developing and implementing procurement policies, processes, governance frameworks, and controls.\nProven experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.\nFluent English, both written and verbal. \nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
