Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAre you ready to love your job?\nThe adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.\nPURPOSE\nCreate and implement sourcing plans and strategies for a designated Business Unit /Support Function or Region.nDevelop and maintain supplier and internal stakeholder relationships for designated Business Unit /Support Function or Region and relevant suppliers.nMake specific contributions towards cost saving and effectiveness targets.\nPosition Overview\nThe Supplier Quality Management Specialist supports the implementation of the supplier quality strategy and ensures operational execution of supplier quality processes. The role focuses on monitoring supplier performance, resolving quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement activities in alignment with the Supplier Quality Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport supplier qualification, onboarding, and periodic re-evaluation activities.\nMonitor supplier quality performance using defined KPIs and report deviations.\nPrepare and conduct supplier audits and assessments under guidance of the Supplier Quality Manager.\nManage supplier-related non-conformances including containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nApply and document quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and CAPA.\nCollaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve operational quality issues.\nSupport new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating supplier readiness activities.\nMaintain supplier quality documentation, records, and reporting.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.\nQualifications\n\nInitial to several years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality engineering.\nBasic to solid knowledge of quality standards and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 16949, ISO 14000 etc.).\nPractical experience with common quality tools and structured problem-solving methods.\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nWillingness to travel occasionally.\nKey Competencies\nStructured and analytical working style\nProblem-solving orientation\nCollaboration and communication skills\nAttention to detail\nContinuous learning mindset\nQualifications\nEXPERIENCE\n'- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a purchasing role;- 1 year experience in developing quality control in a manufacturing enviroment\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nPROFESSION COMPETENCIES\nAttention to Detail\nBusiness Acumen\nSupplier Relationship Management\nCORE COMPETENCIES\nAdhering to Principles & Values\nCommunication\nCreating & Innovating\nCustomer Focus\nImpact & Influence\nLeading Execution\nResults Orientation\nTeamwork\nEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
