We have accomplished much within a brief period and we are aiming high with our advanced mobile ecosystem for the aviation industry.\nBuilding on our success and responding to ongoing industry demand for innovative mobile-first solutions, we are keen to meet an enthusiastic digital pioneer who is passionate about exceptional customer experiences and profitable commercial business operations to join our team.\nWhat you will do\nAs a senior member of SITA's Airports Passenger Flow Team, you will oversee the creation and commercialization of mobile passenger processing services which streamline travel and improve airport and airline efficiency.\nYou will oversee ‘Passenger Flow Mobile’, assuming responsibility for strategy, technical development, go-to-market messaging, internal communication, support for business development, and impressive commercial outcomes.\nMore specifically:\nInteract with customers to identify their business/technical requirements and challenges helping ensure outcomes are relevant and timely.\nServe as the product expert-understanding its functionality, commercialization, and how SITA Passenger Flow Mobile addresses the needs of demanding air transport industry clients.\nKeep up-to-date analysis of market trends, key competitors’ capabilities, and associated market positioning.\nCollaborate with, and travel to, central and regionally based business development teams to provide expert insight and technical guidance.\nTake charge and responsibility even in uncertain environments.\nSecure approvals for ongoing capital and capex investments.\nPublish consistent financial reports, including revenue, pipeline forecasts, expenditure relative to approved investments, and Portfolio business plans.\nEnsure technical development roadmaps are delivered promptly and within allocated budgets.\nMake sure product documentation is thorough, clear, and easily accessible.\nBe approachable and enjoy working as part of a distributed team.\nEstablish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across SITA and third-party partners.\nEmbody and demonstrate SITA’s values: step up for the customer, dare to grow, try fast, fail fast, and do it together. \nGuarantee that everything customers see or hear reflects SITA at its best.\nManage stakeholders throughout complex airport and airline ecosystems.\nPossess excellent communication skills-connecting ideas and simplifying information to aid understanding.\nDemonstrate highly effective negotiation skills, focusing on prioritizing development tasks and achieving timely outcomes.\nCollaborate effectively across teams, managing multiple dependencies in distributed settings.\nQualifications\nWhat you will have\nA relevant career portfolio demonstrating high levels of Senior Product Manager proficiency. \nIn-depth knowledge of mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android), release cycles, store limitations, SDKs, onboarding, and developer documentation.\nFamiliarity with API-driven architectures, including gateways, traffic management, REST design, authentication, and error handling.\nExperience with airport and airline systems, data flows, identity validation, backend integrations, and tokens.\nData privacy and security compliance (GDPR, biometric data).\nExpertise in analytics, KPI tracking, SLAs, reliability, operational support, and deployment models (cloud/on-premise).\nProficiency in security, access management, configuration-driven products, and biometric technology at scale.\nProven sales/business development experience.\nOver eight years of Product Management experience.\nExcellent communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nWhat we offer\nWe're all about diversity.
