Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAre you ready to love your job?\nThe adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.\nPURPOSE\nProvides technical implementation and support for a number of modules within an application suite.\nWhat will you do\nParticipate in User workshops to capture and understand customer requirements.\nResponsible for gathering, managing and analysing User/Technical requirements to design new application changes.\nWorks with multiple stake holders during the project delivery and actively involved in all project meetings.\nCoordinates with the Implementation testing and support of application during delivery.\nResponsible for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users on time and budget.\nContributes to the development of application and process best practices and using a consultative approach gets buy-in from all stakeholders.\nQualifications\nEXPERIENCE\nAt least 5 years’ experience in deployment or support of application software implementing systems and modules with experience of multiple full lifecycle implementations.\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nProvides maintenance and support of applications implemented.\nUnderstand SITA methodologies and practices.\nDrafts technical documentation that helps the maintenance of application.\nEscalates risks and issues that pose a significant impact to deliverables.\nSupports implementation of application and user acceptance testing.\nUnderstand the concept of IT security and its application to systems architecture.\nGood understanding of system integration and hardware.\nExpert understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating system 2016 onwards, installation, troubleshooting, Windows clustering and domain controllers.\nGood Understanding of Messaging Platforms - MS MQ, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ, etc.\nUnderstanding of IIS web.\nUnderstanding of VMware concept.\nUnderstanding of SQL Installation, clustering, always on and DB maintenance.\nBasic understanding of scripting languages like HTML, JAVA script, XML is recommended.\nBasic understanding of Data Analysis software like SQL SSRS, Tableau, etc\nStrong Office software skills (MS Excel, Word Power.
