You will gain hands-on exposure to bid processes, and cross-functional collaboration while progressively increasing your responsibility and technical ownership.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild and assist in the design and documentation of customer solutions using SITA’s products, services, and technologies.\nContribute to the preparation of technical proposals and bid documentation under the guidance of senior team members.\nDevelop knowledge of SITA solution portfolios, emerging technologies, and air transport industry processes.\nCollaborate with Sales, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs.\nAssist in the design of standard and moderately complex solutions, following established, standard architectures and best practices.\nDevelop expert-level proficiency in the CPQ/LogikIO configuration tool to create accurate quotations and support the wider team with related configuration and quoting activities.\nAnalyze and understand customer technical requirements and help translate them into standard SITA products and solution components.\nContributes to the preparation of technical sections of customer proposals, including solution descriptions, assumptions, constraints, and technical compliance matrices.\nSupport bid teams during proposal phases, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and deliverables.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Commercial, Global Services, Engineering, and Implementation teams to gather inputs for proposals.\nSupport the handover of awarded projects to implementation teams by contributing to solution documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.\nMaintain accurate documentation of solutions, configurations, and customer requirements.\nContinuously build technical, industry, and commercial knowledge through training, self-learning, and on-the-job experience.\nQualifications\nWho You Are\nDegree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business\nRelevant technical training or certifications are an advantage\nInterest in solution design, systems integration, or technical pre-sales\n2-4 years of experience in an IT, technology, or systems-related role\nExposure to pre-sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical consulting is a plus\nExperience working in international or cross-functional environments is desirable\nBasic understanding of IT systems, applications, or solution architectures\nInterest in the air transport industry.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nCustomer-oriented mindset and willingness to support sales and pre-sales activities\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, matrix organization\nStrong motivation to learn and grow into a more senior solution design role\nFluency in English is mandatory, additional European languages are an advantage\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
