These solutions are key to meeting the business requirements of SITA customers.\nThis includes providing guidance, support, and advice in the proposal, implementation, and deployment of any new or existing product developments as part of a customer solution.\nYou will be accountable for shaping customer success by translating business needs into scalable technical solutions\nReporting to the Product Portfolio Manager, you will be a part of the Value Added Solutions team of Solution Engineers and Product Managers responsible for bringing to customers the latest innovative solutions.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nProvides technical qualification and owns the technical aspects of connectivity proposals submitted to customers. This is achieved through a deep knowledge of current, new, or evolving connectivity technologies, specifically within the domains of Cybersecurity (NGFW, SSE, Zero Trust) , Wireless (Mobile data connectivity, Mobile WIFI/Portable Hotspot, LEO Satellites) and Voice (SIP trunking, cloud UC solutions, CCaaS solutions and AI enabled corporate communication services).\n\nDesigns and coordinates the development of standard and complex connectivity solutions. These solutions may involve multiple parties, both internally and externally, including the selection of 3rd party vendors to meet customer requirements for network connectivity, wireless technologies, and security.\n\nPromotes SITA by providing customers with comprehensive, up-to-date information on current products, product enhancements, and new solutions in the connectivity areas through customer meetings and workshops. Ensures that the designs are efficiently implemented Right the First Time (RFT) and are operationally supportable.\n\nCollaborates with colleagues to gain and share ideas and opportunities related to the technology offerings.\n\nLead, mentor and coach staff and organize technical training and certification on the selected products and technologies supporting the ATI.\n\nSupports account team or competency centers during the pre-contract phases (qualification proposal and contract) with technical designs and advice, specifically in the areas of connectivity\n\nParticipates in the development of technical account strategies with the sales team to ensure maximum account penetration and commercial benefits for SITA in the long term.\n\nQualifications\nABOUT YOURSKILLS\nEXPERIENCE\n5-8 years of experience in Information Technology, Telecom Industry, or Air Transport Industry technology in pre-sales, technical design and architect role\n\nProven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting successful technical customer solutions\n\nPre-Sales Business understanding and practice\n\nPROFESSION COMPETENCIES\nMobile Operators’ data connectivity (local or roaming)\n\nCradlepoint, Celerway, or similar vendor\n\nStarlink or similar vendor knowledge\n\nCybersecurity solutions, including Next-Gen Firewalls, SSE solutions and Zero-trust architecture and knowledge in technology providers such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco or Checkpoint\n\nUC, CC and other corporate communication tool experice such as Cisco Webex, MS teams, Genesys CC or other mainline provider\n\nAddressing Customer Needs and supporting business development\n\nCross-functional collaboration\n\nPartnering for Clients' Success\n\nQuality in Solution Design\n\nRequirements Analysis\n\nSystem and Technology Integration\n\nTechnical Writing/Documentation\n\nEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor level Technical Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering Technologies\n\nAt least one technical certification is required among: Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet\n\nThe following certificates would be a plus: Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Cisco CCNP Enterprise (Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise), Microsoft professional or expert, Palo Alto professional or specialist.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
