The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.\nABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:\nThe Solution Specialist Manager will help strengthen SITA’s position within the Ground Handling and Turnaround Management market across regions.\nYou will act as the bridge between SITA's business units and the ground handling industry, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting the successful launch, adoption, and lifecycle management of SITA's modernized ground handling solution portfolio\nWorking closely with Product Management, Business Development, and Sales teams, you will bring market insights, customer feedback, and industry expertise to drive growth and product success.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nAct as a trusted partner and industry advocate for SITA.\n\nDeliver customer presentations and solution demonstrations.\n\nRepresent SITA at industry events and conferences.\n\nBuild and maintain a strong ground handling network.\n\nCapture market insights to support product development.\n\nServe as the regional SME, enabling and educating SITA teams.\n\nQualifications\nABOUT YOUR SKILLS:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nSignificant experience within the aviation industry, preferably in:\n\nGround Handling\n\nAirport Operations\n\nTurnaround Management\n\nAviation Technology Solutions\n\nExperience presenting complex solutions to customers and senior stakeholders.\n\nStrong understanding of operational processes within airports and ground handling organizations.\n\nAbility to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel (30% to 40% of the time)\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe're all about diversity.
