We are reviewing applications continuously and will hire as soon as we find the right person.\nYour role\nYou will be a key developer on SITE-SECURITY 360, our internal platform and customer portal, with a strong focus on the backend.\nYou will:\nDevelop and maintain our Laravel-based backend: architecture, APIs, queues, jobs and database design\n\nBuild and improve frontend features in modern JavaScript / TypeScript, such as live view and timelapse\n\nWork with integrations across cameras, routers, GPS trackers, alarm systems and third-party platforms\n\nContribute to our work with robotics and automation, connecting physical devices to our software platform\n\nCollaborate with our external AI developer on intelligent features and automation\n\nTake part in code reviews, technical decisions and quality standards\n\nHelp turn business needs into working solutions, quickly and pragmatically\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nExpert-level PHP and Laravel. You know the framework in depth (Eloquent, queues, events, testing, performance) and can make sound architectural decisions on your own\n\nSolid frontend experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript frameworks\n\nExperience designing and building REST APIs and system integrations\n\nComfortable working independently, taking ownership and getting things over the finish line\n\nNice to have\nExperience with robotics, e.g. ROS, robot control, sensors or automation\n\nExperience with Node.js, MySQL/MariaDB and Linux servers\n\nTechnology & tools\nBackend: PHP / Laravel\n\nFrontend: modern JavaScript / TypeScript frameworks\n\nNode.js (services, tooling, integrations)\n\nAPIs and system integrations\n\nJira for planning and delivery\n\nFigma for UI/UX collaboration\n\nAI as a growing part of our roadmap\n\nA new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Esbjerg\nSITE-SECURITY A/S is moving into a brand-new headquarters in one of Esbjerg’s most accessible locations, with 600 m² of modern office space and 2,000 m² of production and operations facilities.
