This role will focus on generating qualified leads for the sales organization to support SITE's ongoing new business growth. It is responsible for executing high-value prospecting campaigns and keeping deals moving smoothly from first contact through close\nRequirements\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelop and execute high-value prospecting campaigns, including priority outreach lists and targeted email sequence.\nConduct market research on the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends.\nBuild outreach messaging (call scripts, emails, LinkedIn messages) in collaboration with Account Directors.\nRun cold outbound calling and call-downs alongside Account Directors to secure meetings.\nConduct property research to support accurate, data-driven pricing for proposals. \nSupport Sales and Marketing at conferences: booth setup, platform demos for prospects, and lead follow-up.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor of Science degree in marketing, business or a related field.\nA minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in a tech company or Saas startup.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workspace, Salesforce, marketing automation, Linkedin and Adobe products.\nExcellent copywriting and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and pricing requests at once.\nComfortable with basic mapping/GIS-style tools, or willing to learn.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a laser-like focus on deadlines and adapting to a changing market.\nCreative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.\nFamiliarity with sales fundamentals (qualifying leads, following up, basic closing concepts) is helpful;
