The successful candidate will coordinate workforce and subcontractor activities, monitor work progress and quality, and ensure that installation and testing are carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements.\nRequired experience / qualifications\nPrevious experience as an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor on industrial, energy, oil and gas, petrochemical or infrastructure projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, inspection and testing activities.\n\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work packs and project procedures.\n\nExperience supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating daily work and monitoring progress against schedules.\n\nUnderstanding of relevant electrical and instrumentation codes, standards and quality requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, quality records and commissioning documentation.\n\nExperience identifying and following up quality issues, punch items and non-conformances.\n\nStrong commitment to HSE requirements and safe working practices.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with construction, engineering, quality and commissioning teams.\n\nMain tasks and responsibilities\nSupervise day-to-day electrical and instrumentation construction activities within the assigned work area.\n\nCoordinate site personnel, subcontractors, materials, tools and equipment to support safe and efficient work execution.\n\nEnsure that installation work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures and applicable standards.\n\nMonitor work progress, productivity and resource requirements, and report issues that may affect project delivery.\n\nCoordinate work interfaces with other disciplines, construction teams and commissioning personnel.\n\nReview work packs, drawings and method statements and raise any discrepancies or constraints for resolution.\n\nCoordinate and support inspections, testing and quality verification in line with approved ITPs and project requirements.\n\nEnsure inspection results and construction activities are accurately documented and records are maintained.\n\nIdentify incomplete or defective work, coordinate corrective actions and follow up punch items and non-conformances.\n\nPromote compliance with site HSE procedures, conduct safety discussions as required and promptly report unsafe conditions or practices.\n\nSupport mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including the preparation and handover of relevant documentation.\n\nProvide regular updates on work status, resource needs, constraints and site issues to project management.\n\nField safety responsibilities\nEnsure that work is planned and performed in accordance with project HSE procedures and applicable site requirements.\n\nConfirm that personnel understand the relevant risk assessments, permits to work and safe systems of work before activities begin.\n\nRemain alert to unsafe acts, behaviours and conditions, and take appropriate action to address and report
