You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders across R&D, translate ambiguous strategy into clear plans, unblock teams across functions, and follow value through to realisation. For you, \"done\" is the moment the customer and business outcome lands.\nWhat You Will Do:\nOwn End-to-End Program Delivery\nDrive complex programs from initiation through to value realisation, with integrated plans across scope, dependencies, milestones, risks, and value assumptions\n\nTranslate product and business objectives into sharp execution plans with measurable outcomes\n\nDrive Business Value Realisation (the core focus)\nDefine outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses up front with Product and Business stakeholders\n\nTrack adoption, impact, and realised value after release; surface gaps and drive corrective action\n\nLead Across Functions\nCoordinate across Product and Engineering teams, manage dependencies and critical paths, and facilitate program-level planning and retrospectives\n\nCreate clarity where there is ambiguity, and momentum where there is friction\n\nGovern, De-Risk, and Communicate\nEstablish effective governance and reporting; identify and escalate risks early with clear options\n\nDeliver concise, outcome-focused updates to senior stakeholders\n\nRaise the Bar\nSpot systemic delivery and value-realisation gaps, contribute to APMO standards and playbooks, and embed AI into day-to-day coordination and reporting\n\nMeasures of Success\nPrograms delivered against committed business outcomes\n\nBusiness value realised post-release (adoption, impact, ROI)\n\nCross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business\n\nEarly surfacing and resolution of risks and dependencies\n\nContribution to APMO maturity and ways of working\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n5+ years delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, including post-delivery outcome follow-up\n\nDeep delivery-at-scale expertise, with the judgement to adapt frameworks to context\n\nStrong working partnerships with Product Management and Engineering leadership\n\nA clear understanding of how product delivery connects to customer value and business results\n\nComfortable challenging \"done\" until the outcome lands; builds credibility with stakeholders and welcomes productive friction\n\nStrong command of agile and hybrid delivery models; concise, structured, influence-led communication\n\nKey Traits for Success\nOutcomes-first - prioritises impact over activity\n\nComfortable in ambiguity, and creates structure rather than waiting for it\n\nHighly collaborative, with the confidence to push back when delivery drifts from value\n\nStrong bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement\n\nAdditional Skills That Will Set You Apart:\nExperience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or enterprise software environments\n\nExposure to value tracking or outcome frameworks\n\nTrack record of evolving existing norms\n\nEqual Opportunities at Sitecore\nSitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
