Role:\nWe are looking for a Director of Product Design to shape the vision, direction, and quality of product design across Sitecore.\nThis is a senior leadership role for someone who can set a clear design direction, raise the quality bar, and build a strong design culture while remaining close to customers, product decisions, and the work itself.\nYou will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to translate customer needs and business strategy into cohesive, intuitive, and differentiated product experiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nSet the Design Vision and Raise the establish design approaches that balance innovation with usability, reliability, accessibility, and customer confidence\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nSignificant experience in product design, UX, or interaction design within a technology or software product company, including leadership responsibility for design teams or functions\n\nProven experience leading design across complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products, ideally spanning multiple products, user personas, and connected workflows\n\nA track record of setting design direction, raising quality standards, and influencing product strategy while remaining close to customers and design execution\n\nStrong expertise in customer discovery, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, and accessibility\n\nDemonstrated ability to connect design decisions to customer value, product outcomes, and business objectives\n\nExperience building, hiring, developing, and leading high-performing design teams, including distributed or cross-functional teams\n\nStrong partnership skills, with the ability to influence Product Management, Engineering, and senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority\n\nExperience simplifying complex user journeys and translating technical capabilities into intuitive, accessible experiences\n\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale, build alignment, and influence decisions at senior levels\n\nExperience designing AI-enabled products or
