From engineering to customer experience, AI capabilities are becoming integral to how we design, build, and deliver the next generation of digital experiences.\nLearn more at Sitecore.com\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage daily administrative tasks for the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, including scheduling, travel, meeting prep, and presentation support.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor, offering insight and perspective to support decision-making.\n\nProactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending solutions.\n\nNavigate complex dynamics with emotional intelligence to foster alignment.\n\nBoost leadership team productivity by setting agendas, tracking priorities, and ensuring follow-through.\n\nFacilitate leadership meetings, ensuring focused discussions and clear action items.\n\nMonitor team commitments and deadlines to drive accountability.\n\nTranslate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure smooth execution.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve gaps and clarify dependencies.\n\nManage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment.\n\nBuild trusted relationships across leadership, board members, partners, and stakeholders.\n\nRepresent the CMO with professionalism, balancing approachability and discretion.\n\nOccasional travel required\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n7+ years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior operational support role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment\n\nYou will be a great fit on our team if you are personable, have a sense of humor, and a positive attitude - glass half full.\n\nAdept at being a gatekeeper as well as a gateway for CMO - always keeping one step ahead - see around corners\n\nExceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to read people, situations, and organizational dynamics quickly\n\nStrong business acumen and the confidence to ask strategic questions, challenge assumptions, and provide thoughtful insights.\n\nProven track record of managing executive priorities, agendas, and follow-through in high-stakes environments.\n\nOutstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with the ability to influence and align stakeholders\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with discretion and calm.\n\nTrusted confidant with high integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information.\n\nExpert on meeting technology, Microsoft Office, balanced skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
