Learn more at Sitecore.com\nAbout the Role:\nWe’re seeking for a motivatedLead Developer with strong experience in C# programming and modern .NET Frameworks. As a Lead Developer, you’ll help lead technical discussion, implementation and build solutions on the Sitecore XM Cloud while collaborating closely with Architect and Product teams across Europe and Kuala Lumpur. Your role includes:\nLeading the technical implementation of the team projects\n\nEnsuring high availability, performance, and security.\n\nActively monitoring CI/CD pipelines applying a continuous improvement mindset.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign, develop, maintain, and ship components/projects for Sitecore XM Cloud.\n\nWrite high-quality C# and .NET Core code.\n\nClarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns to deliver business value.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for consistent and reliable solution delivery.\n\nCollaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments\n\nMaintain close collaboration and effective communication with Development Manager, Product Owner, team members and other stakeholders\n\nMentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices; support Development Manager to execute strategy on team performance\n\nWork within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to iterative development cycles\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nProficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8\n\nExperience with Docker, AKS, and Kubernetes Helm Charts for deploying Sitecore systems\n\nExperience with cloud-based solutions (Microsoft azure) and containerized deployments\n\nExperience in working with version control system: Git and branching strategy\n\nExperience with NoSQL DB especially Azure Cosmos DB\n\nExperience with messaging systems aka Confluent Kafka\n\nExperience in optimizing software performance using profiling tools\n\nStrong knowledge on Authorization especially OAuth 2.0\n\nStrong knowledge and experience in CI/CD setup especially Github workflow\n\nStrong implementation experience in:\nWebAPI and REST API\n\nMicroservices\n\nMultithreading\n\nDependency injection\n\nData structures (e.g., stacks, queues, collections).\n\nLINQ (Language-Integrated Query) for querying data structures.\n\nUnit & Integration testing\n\nTerraform Cloud\n\nExcellent troubleshooting skills for performance, tracing, and debugging.\n\nAdditional Skills That Could Set You Apart:\nHaving experience with:\nGraphQL\n\nEvent driven architecture\n\nExperience in Postman is a plus.\n\nWorking experience in a SaaS based company or project is a plus.\n\nWhy you should click ‘Apply’:\nSitecore is on a path of significant growth, driven by our passion for digital experience innovation.
