You will be a member of the development team while working cross-functionally with marketing, content, analytics, and design to continuously improve user journeys and site performance.\nThis role is centered on identifying opportunities, testing improvements, validating results, and reporting impact. You will help improve engagement, usability, and performance across our digital properties.\nWhat you’ll do\nOptimization and experimentation\nIdentify friction points and improvement opportunities across key user journeys.\n\nDevelop and implement A/B and multivariate tests.\n\nPartner with analytics to define hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.\n\nValidate results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\n\nIterate based on data insights and user behavior.\n\nUser journey improvement\nEvaluate end-to-end page journeys to improve clarity and usability.\n\nCollaborate with content and design teams to refine messaging and layouts.\n\nContinuously test and improve conversion paths and engagement touchpoints.\n\nAdvocate for user-centered improvements supported by data.\n\nFront-end implementation\nBuild and modify front-end components in Next.js and React to support experimentation.\n\nEnsure all experiments follow performance and accessibility best practices.\n\nMaintain clean, maintainable code.\n\nSitecore platform contribution\nDevelop working expertise in the Sitecore platform.\n\nCreate, configure, and update pages using existing components.\n\nStage pages for review, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and publish updates independently.\n\nSupport large migration efforts and coordinated site updates.\n\nAssist with content authoring and help unblock the broader team during priority initiatives.\n\nReporting and impact measurement\nDocument experiments, results, and learnings.\n\nReport on key performance metrics and business impact.\n\nShare insights with stakeholders across marketing and development.\n\nHelp establish a structured experimentation and optimization roadmap.\n\nWhat you bring\n2 to 4 or more years of Web development experience.\n\nExperience with React, Next.js, and Typescript.\n\nFamiliarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation platforms.\n\nStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.\n\nUnderstanding of user experience principles and digital best practices.\n\nExperience collaborating cross-functionally.\n\nStrong communication skills.\n\nWhy join Sitecore?\nAt Sitecore, you’ll help define how a global SaaS leader presents itself to the world.
