For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nSiTime is looking for a Director of Corporate Operations to lead the transformation, process discipline, and operational rigor behind how the company runs at scale. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Operations, this is a senior, highly visible leadership role responsible for driving the company's largest cross-functional initiatives - from ERP deployment to quote-to-cash transformation to acquisition integration - from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is equally credible in the boardroom and in the weeds: someone who can shape an enterprise operating model with executive leadership one day and roll up their sleeves to unblock a stalled workstream the next. This role leads primarily through influence, mobilizing large cross-functional teams who report elsewhere in the organization, and will be a driving force behind how SiTime scales its operations to match its growth.\nLocation of Responsibility: Santa Clara, CA (with cross-functional reach into APAC and EMEA as initiatives require)\nResponsibilities\nEnterprise Transformation & Program Leadership\nOwn end-to-end delivery of SiTime's largest cross-functional initiatives (ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, M&A/acquisition integration, and similar enterprise-scale programs), from business case through rollout and adoption\nDefine program structure, milestones, and governance for initiatives that span multiple functions and geographies\nServe as the senior escalation point when major initiatives stall, directing resolution across functional owners\nOperational Excellence & Business Process\nDesign, document, and continuously improve enterprise business processes to support SiTime's rapid growth and increasing operational complexity\nEstablish KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks to sustain process improvements after go-live\nIdentify and prioritize operational gaps and inefficiencies across the company, translating them into actionable improvement roadmaps\nCross-Functional Influence & Alignment\nBuild consensus and drive execution across Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functions - without formal authority over the people involved\nMobilize and coordinate large, matrixed project teams whose members report elsewhere in the organization\nAlign functional leaders around shared priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs on competing initiatives\nChange Management & Adoption\nLead change management planning for major initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies\nDrive organizational readiness and adoption for new systems, processes, and ways of working\nAnticipate and proactively address resistance to change across functions and geographies\nExecutive Partnership & Strategic Planning\nAdvise the SVP of Corporate Operations and senior leadership on prioritization, sequencing, and risk across the company's major initiatives\nTranslate executive strategy into actionable operating plans and program roadmaps\nPrepare and deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes\nScaling for Growth\nBring structure and discipline to functions and processes that have outgrown their current state, in a fast-scaling public company environment\nPartner with functional leaders to build scalable operating models that anticipate future growth rather than just address current pain points\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field\n15+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations, transformation, or program leadership, including 7+ years operating at a director level or above\nDemonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation or operational excellence initiatives, ideally including ERP deployment, business process redesign, or M&A integration\nTrack record of driving results through influence, leading large cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority\nStrong executive presence, with the ability to operate credibly with senior leadership while remaining hands-on with execution teams\nExperience building process and structure in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment\nExcellent program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multiple concurrent, high-stakes initiatives simultaneously\nStrong communication and change management skills, with the judgment to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities\nPreferred Experience:\nMBA or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field\nExperience in a publicly traded semiconductor, hardware, or technology company\nFormal change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or process excellence credential (Lean, Six Sigma)\nPMP or similar project management certification\nDirect experience with ERP implementation (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) or quote-to-cash transformation\nCompensation Range:\nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
