For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nThe Engineer II, Post-Silicon Validation Systems is responsible for productizing SiTime’s MEMS-based timing products. This role focuses on mixed-signal post-silicon validation and characterization, system algorithms, firmware development, and support of hardware and test automation. The engineer will execute failure analysis, prototype new system architectures, and collaborate cross-functionally with MEMS, CMOS, NPI, Operations, and Marketing teams. Candidates for other position levels may be considered. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.\nResponsibilities:\nValidate, characterize, and release MEMS-based timing products to production \nPerform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues\nCollaborate with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon at the system and block levels \nRecommend design improvements to enhance performance and robustness \nDesign and execute experiments to prototype new system architectures and technologies \nDesign, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware for automated data acquisition and analysis \nDevelop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments \nPerform engineering failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues\nQualifications & Requirements: \nMS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Radio engineering or Metrology. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.\n\nStrong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.\nProgramming skills in Matlab/Python or C++.\nExperience in working with electronic measurement instruments (multimeters, counters, oscilloscopes, etc) .\nStrong statistical analysis skills.\nStrong understanding of data processing and presentation.\nUnderstanding of PCB layout/fabrication. \nDesired Characteristics & Attributes:\nHigh level of self-motivation and drive to make an impact.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nClear and concise written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English\nDemonstrated leadership and accountability\nStrong desire for continuous learning and professional growth\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.\nCompensation: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
