This person will be working cross functionally to bring up testers, perform initial data analysis\nWork with NPI team in Taiwan office to make sure test lab is running efficiently\nHelp reliability team with digesting the data, and leading the FA on the failed parts.\nWork with PE/TE team to define test flow, communicate the flow to OSAT, and answer their questions\nHelp with test bring up including assisting test program buy-off, overall test flow set up, and initial validation run\n Responsibilities:\nWork cross functionally to define test flow, and transfer the knowledge to OSAT\nMaintain required HW, SW in the Taiwan office for sampling as well as Qual execution.\nAssisting in test set up de-bugging and equipment maintenance \nReliability and sampling test data review, analysis and relative disposition.\nDriving overall test flow including BE set up with OSAT\n Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included): \nMaster’s Degree or above in Electrical Engineering\nExperience with ATE (especially ETS-88) and handler\nExperience with final test and related flow\nKnowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly \nExperience with data analysis and process capability\nKnowledgeable of coding with Python and Matlab\nKnowledge about MEMS and fabrication process in a huge plus\n Desired Characteristics & Attributes:\nExcellent communication skills.
