For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nThe Principal Product Validation Engineer will lead and contribute to productization of SiTime’s revolutionary timing devices. In this highly visible role, we are looking for passionate, self-starters who can work cross-functionally to ensure system-level performance of our products and help solve the world’s toughest timing problems. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \nWe value diverse experiences, perspectives, and career paths, and welcome candidates who are excited to contribute to our mission.\nResponsibilities:\nGrow and lead a team of engineers responsible for validation, characterization, and release-toproduction of MEMS-based timing products.\nInterface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manage projects across different sites.\nPlan and execute device verification and characterization.\nWork with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance.\nDesign, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition & analysis.\nDevelop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments.\nPerform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.\nInnovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products.\nQualifications & Requirments\nMS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered. \n10+ years of experience in the productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices \nExperience leading engineering project teams and creating and executing verification and characterization plans. \nStrong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits. \nHands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required. \nExcellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python. \nStrong statistical analysis skills.
