For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nSiTime is looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join a talented analog design team developing advanced clock and timing products. You will lead the development of key circuit blocks from specification through proven silicon. This role requires a solid understanding of top-level architecture and system-level requirements. You will collaborate closely with product development teams and support validation, qualification, and new product release.We value diverse experiences, perspectives, and career paths, and welcome candidates who are excited to contribute to our mission.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop circuit specifications for high-performance timing products\nDesign analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products\nIncorporate circuit blocks into the complete chip design\nCollaborate with distributed cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, system design, and validation\nTest, debug, and characterize lab prototypes\nSupport product validation and customer applications\n Qualifications & Requirements: \nMaster’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.\n6+ years of relevant analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.\nProven experience in CMOS and/or BiCMOS IC design.\nStrong knowledge of integrated circuit design, device physics, and advanced process technologies\nExperience designing PLLs or related blocks such as VCOs, phase detectors, charge pumps, on-chip regulators, and supporting circuits\nSolid understanding of transistor behavior, circuit noise theory, and phase-noise concepts\nProficiency with the Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation toolset\nFamiliarity with analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, design rules and post-layout verification\nExperience with analog behavioral modeling, SystemVerilog, Verilog-A, and AMS\nHands-on lab test and characterization experience\nEnglish proficiency is required, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.\nIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \n Desired Characteristics & Attributes:\nCollaborative, self-motivated, and positive team contributor\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities\nClear communication and documentation skills\n Compensation: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
