For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nSiTime is looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join a talented analog design team developing advanced clock and timing products. This role focuses on designing high-performance CMOS circuit blocks for precision clocking applications. You will collaborate with highly experienced industry professionals, gaining opportunities to learn, innovate, and contribute to SiTime’s ongoing success.\n Responsibilities:\nDesign analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products.\nPrepare technical design reviews and documentation.\nCollaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, system design, and validation.\nTest, debug, and characterize prototypes in the lab.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nMaster’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering\n3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design\nExperience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design\nGood understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology\nKnowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts\nFamiliarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools\nUnderstanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules\nHands-on experience with lab testing and characterization\nIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \nDesired Characteristics & Attributes:\nCollaborative, self-driven, and positive team contributor\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nClear communication and documentation skills \nCompensation: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
