For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nAs a Sr. Engineer, MEMS Assembly you will use your creativity and technical expertise to bring up and evolve MEMS packaging technologies for SiTime’s next-generation timing products. \nResponsibilities:\nManage and work closely with MEMS back-end assembly and packaging partners to develop, evolve, and troubleshoot cutting-edge MEMS wafer-level packaging technologies\nEvaluate impact of assembly processes on device performance and reliability and ensure high yield and quality.\nWork closely with MEMS design and characterization teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and validated.\nCoordinate and perform failure analysis to characterize and debug assembly process impact on MEMS devices\nDefine next generation packaging technologies to enable breakthrough timing products.\nIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \nQualifications & Requirements: \nMS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years industrial experience.\nExperience with MEMS assembly and packaging.\nA solid base in MEMS, including basic understanding of MEMS design and interactions between design, fabrication, and packaging.\nExperience with reliability characterization and yield analysis.\nExperience in bringing MEMS products to production is preferred.\nDesired Characteristics & Attributes:\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage projects\nInitiative to identify issues, propose tasks, and new development directions.\nExcellent critical thinking, ability to design experiments, and interpret results\nClear and concise scientific communication\nAbility to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment.\nCompensation Range: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
