As a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem solving skills to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and develop and build SiTime’s next-generation of MEMS products. We value diverse experiences, perspectives, and career paths, and welcome candidates who are excited to contribute to our mission.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and validate process flow based on MEMS design requirements and product requirement\nMEMS process development and integration to fab/foundry\nDrive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry\nWork with MEMS Foundry to Design and Execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations\nDesign, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials in addition to fabrication\nInterface with local and overseas vendors\nWork in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging\nDrive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed\nIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \nQualifications & Requirements: \nMS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent, Mechanical Engineering or Material Science. PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered\nSkilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments\nStrong hands-on experience on MEMS/semiconductor fabrication\nExperience running laboratory experiments e.g. RF measurement is a plus\nExperience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire\nExperience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvement\nA minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing\nExcellent critical thinking and strong organizational skills\nClear and concise scientific communication\nAbility to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment\nDesired Characteristics & Attributes:\nA positive attitude and motivated to learn new skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills required\nAbility to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment\nCompensation Range: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
