For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nJoin the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a Principal MEMS Development Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem-solving skills to push forward MEMS technology and engineer resonators for SiTime’s next-generation timing products. \nResponsibilities:\nDefine and lead the development of new MEMS technologies, enhance performance or manufacturability of existing devices, improve measurement or simulation infrastructure, both through team effort and personal technical contributions\nLead definition and execution of challenging technical projects. \nAdvise management of challenges, impact, recommendations.\nDevelop new or improved resonators, MEMS technologies and/or products.\nContribute technical ideas for SiTime’s technical roadmap, by working with Marketing and Executive teams in defining next-generation products based on new technologies. \nInterface with local and overseas vendors, establish new partnerships favorable to SiTime business\nPartner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to deliver scalable, predictable development execution.\nAdapt to evolving business needs and lead critical initiatives as required.\nIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \nQualifications & Requirements: \nPh.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent\n10+ years of industry experience in MEMS or specialty sensor development; 15+ years is preferred. Experience with MEMS timing is strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading and delivering complex MEMS development programs.\nHands-on technical credibility across MEMS design, fabrication, characterization, and modeling.\nStrong technical and business judgment with the ability to innovate, design experiments, and interpret complex data.\nExperience with finite element simulation tools (COMSOL, ANSYS) and data processing tools (Matlab, Python).\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills\nWorking knowledge of programing languages, circuits, metrology equipment, and methods\nPassion for execution excellence, ownership, delivering exceptional results\nCompensation Range: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
