For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nThe Senior Technical Program Manager leads complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept through production ramp. This role drives cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule, manages program scope, risks, resources, and execution, and serves as the primary point of communication for stakeholders and leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, program management expertise, and leadership skills to successfully guide products through development, qualification, and market launch while driving continuous improvement across the organization. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \n Responsibilities:\nLead complex semiconductor NPI programs from concept through production ramp.\nDevelop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, and dependencies.\nDrive cross-functional execution across Design, Product, Test, Validation, Packaging, Quality, and Operations.\nManage technical, schedule, resource, supplier, qualification, and production risks.\nDrive silicon, package, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.\nIdentify schedule gaps and drive mitigation and recovery plans.\nFacilitate technical and business tradeoff decisions across functional organizations\nManage program resources, priorities, dependencies, and competing requirements.\nCollaborate across multiple functional groups and projects to optimize execution.\nFacilitate project meetings and document action items.\nMonitor program performance against plan and implement corrective actions when necessary\nCommunicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and project teams.\nQualifications & Requirements: \nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.\n6+ years of project or program management experience in semiconductor industry.\nStrong organizational and excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Jira.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.\nStrong collaborative problem-solving skills.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail.\nEnglish proficiency is required, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.\nDesired Characteristics & Attributes:\nBalance of technical depth and business understanding.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.\nRisk-aware mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive timely follow-up.\nCompensation Range: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
