For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.\nJob Summary\nAs a Principalor Sr. Principal Systems Architect, you will provide technical and architectural leadership for the Mobile, IoT, and Consumer applicationsbusiness unit, working closely with key customers to understand system-level requirements, identify emerging technology needs, and develop compelling product value propositions. You will translate customer, application, and market insights into critical inputs for new product definition, roadmap development, and product strategy. You will establishand sustain strategic technical relationships with key customers and serve as a recognized product and systems expert, partnering with Product Marketing and Sales to influence customer architectures, drive design wins, and enable revenue growth. \nWe value diverse experiences, perspectives, and career paths, and welcome candidates who are excited to contribute to our mission.\n Responsibilities:\nEstablish deep technical relationships with key customers including system architects and technical management, serving as a trusted advisor on timing \nDrive clock tree and architectural discussions within key application areas that benefit customers at the system level \nSynthesize customer feedback and industry trends into solutions and strategies to win at the architectural level \nWork with marketing to drive SiTime roadmap \nLead SiTime industry initiatives and standards activities in time synchronization \nServe as the technical and product advocate in support of strategic account and reference design partner development \nDevelop customer-focused technical collaterals that raise SiTime’s profile as the timing expert \nIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. \nQualifications & Requirements: \nBSEE or Bachelor’s degree in technical field; MSE or PhD preferred \nMinimum of 10 years of system, subsystem, or EE experience in consumer, wearables, mobile, IOT, or telecom either as timing architect or system engineer \nDeep understanding of design tradeoffs in applications such as mobile phones and wearables including AR/VR and smart glasses \nAbility to engage in deep technical and architectural discussions with system architects and designers at key telecom equipment suppliers and operators \nExcellent communication skills, deep thinker, creative mindset \n Nice-to-have Qualifications \nKnowledge or experience of wireless standards \nCross-disciplinary experience, including system integration or coexistence \nSignal and power integrity experience \nPlease include this: English proficiency is required, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.\nDesired Characteristics & Attributes:\nAn “ownership” mind set focusing on the overall success of your products \n“Can do” positive, enthusiastic attitude \nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills \nCreativity: imagine the impossible, build strategies and take the leap \nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment \nCompensation: \nAt SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
