If we succeed, so does US\nhealthcare.\nOur platform operates at materially higher gross margins than traditional home health providers. We pay clinicians\nmore, strip out their admin burden, and unlock scale economics that have eluded this fragmented industry for decades.\nWe are backed by world-class investors - Felicis, Bain Capital Ventures, BoxGroup, and Optum Ventures - and\nscaling nationally through organic growth and acquisition.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nWe are hiring General Managers to own and operate individual markets as we scale nationally. This is a P&L\nownership role. You will run your market - a metropolitan area or MSA - as your own business. You own the\ncensus, the margin, the team, the clinical quality, and the growth trajectory.\nSome GMs will take over existing operations and transform them. Others will stand up new markets from scratch,\nincluding post-acquisition integrations. All will operate with the intensity, ownership, and judgment of a founder running\na business backed by a growth-stage platform and top-tier investors.
