This role will serve as the primary platform administrator and subject matter expert across Azure Repos, Pipelines, Boards, permissions, service connections, and enterprise integrations.The ideal candidate brings hands-on Azure DevOps administration experience, strong platform governance discipline, and a practical understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile delivery, security controls, reporting, and user support.\nThis highly visible role partners with engineering, DevOps, Agile delivery, security, infrastructure, architecture, compliance, and business stakeholders. The role also leads the Azure DevOps governance committee and helps mature platform standards, controls, and operating practices.\nEssential Functions\nDevelop and maintain the in-house CI/CD automation pipeline as an individual contributor on the Cloud development platform team.\nServe as a CI/CD automation expert, developing tactical release automation plans for products at varying maturity levels.\nDeploy infrastructure across environments using Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps.\nDesign and develop scalable stateful and stateless AWS applications using modern tools, cloud architecture, and software design patterns.\nEstablish cloud infrastructure standards, templates, and processes; collaborate with internal and external partners on architecture decisions.\nBuild and operate secure, scalable AWS platforms across compute, networking, storage, and identity services.\nEnable developer self-service through reusable Terraform modules, standardized AWS environments, and automated provisioning workflows.\nImprove AWS platform reliability through observability, incident troubleshooting, high availability, and automated recovery.\nAdminister Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, permissions, and configurations; standardize naming and remove unused assets.\nMonitor platform health, usage, consumption, and administrative activity to improve governance, costs, risk management, and user experience.\nGovern CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, branch policies, pull requests, and build validation; maintain reusable templates and guardrails with engineering, cloud, DevOps, and security teams.\nTroubleshoot build and release issues, permissions, agent pools, variable groups, environments, approvals, service principals, and dependencies.\nPartner with security teams on DevSecOps, security-as-code, and secure pipeline controls; support audits, access reviews, and privileged access and credential governance.\nMaintain Wiz and Azure DevOps integrations with cloud, identity, reporting, ITSM, notification, and development tools; troubleshoot service connections, webhooks, extensions, APIs, and automation scripts.\nConfigure Azure Boards, team processes, backlogs, iterations, work items, queries, dashboards, and delivery plans for Agile, Scrum, and Kanban teams; partner with delivery leaders to improve planning, tracking, backlog hygiene, and cross-team visibility.\nOther activities as may be assigned by your manager\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent\nExperience working on automation and developmental works related to infrastructure operations\nExperience in working and implementing Kubernetes and Service mesh technologies such as Istio, LinkerD for communication between services\nExperience in implementing Karpenter for Scaling of API’s in the Cloud\nProficient in various AWS cloud components for designing and building stateful and stateless applications\nTerraform expertise building IaaC\nExtensive hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure DevOps in an enterprise environment.\nStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps organizations, projects, repositories, pipelines, boards, artifacts, service connections, permissions, process templates, extensions, and integrations.\nDeep understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, branch policies, repository governance, and code review practices.\nExperience governing Azure Pipelines for CI/CD, including YAML pipelines, build and release workflows, variable groups, environments, approvals, agent pools, and service connections.\nExperience configuring Azure Boards for Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery, including backlogs, sprints, area and iteration paths, queries, dashboards, and delivery tracking.\nStrong understanding of DevOps security practices, including least privilege, secrets management, secure service connections, auditability, privileged access, and policy enforcement.\nExperience integrating security tooling into DevOps workflows; Wiz experience is strongly preferred.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex issues across permissions, pipelines, repositories, integrations, boards, identity, and platform configuration.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to guide users, explain technical issues clearly, and advise teams on best practices.\nExperience partnering with engineering, Agile delivery, security, infrastructure, compliance, architecture, and business stakeholders.\nAbility to lead governance forums, facilitate decisions, document standards, and drive action items to completion.\nStrong documentation discipline, including standards, procedures, runbooks, and user-facing guidance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Azure or Azure DevOps certifications.\nExperience with Azure, Entra ID, identity and access management, service principals, managed identities, and enterprise authentication models.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, policy-as-code, security-as-code, and DevSecOps operating models.\nExperience with Wiz, Git, ServiceNow, and related enterprise tooling.\nExperience building Azure DevOps reports or dashboards using Analytics Views, OData, REST APIs, Power BI, or custom automation.\nExperience with Azure DevOps REST APIs, PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting for automation and platform administration.\nExperience in regulated, security-conscious, or audit-driven environments.\nExperience defining enterprise DevOps standards for naming conventions, project lifecycle, repository hygiene, pipeline controls, and access governance.\n#LI-AS1 #LI-REMOTE\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive.
