If you are someone who can be yourself, advocate for others, stay nimble, dream big, own every outcome, and think global but act local - come join our team!\nThis position is responsible for the support of trade management and collateral related services offered by the company across multiple client trades and/or projects.Essential Job Functions:\nCreation and timely delivery, as defined by the client schedule/calendar, of accurate trade reporting to clients\nComplete any ad hoc reporting as needed and requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager\nEnsure client reports are in good form and are provided to clients a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled call\nReview trade level reports per the defined client schedule/calendar to ensure projects are progressing timely and tasks are updated properly. Communicate any issues found to Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams\nCommunicate directly with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority deals/tasks related to their assigned client(s)\nEvaluate and resolve loan level issues as assigned by other functional areas/Departments\nIdentify any task coding and/or reporting discrepancies/issues noted during ongoing status report reviews and complete appropriate follow up to resolve the issue\nValidate chain of assignments for completeness, order assignments and/or Allonges as required related to assigned client tasks/portfolio\nFacilitate rush/one off requests for document creation/recording/cancellation/document retrieval received from client and internal departments and provide updates/feedback to the client\nRetrieval of images provided by custodian and seller and upload into CAM as well as coordination of pre-settlement timelines upon receipt of images\nSuch other activities as may be assigned by your manager\nQualifications/ Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience\n3 or more years’ experience or expert level knowledge in reviewing, assessing, and curing mortgage collateral documents\nPrior experience in Specialist I, Client Services Support I strongly preferred\nSome mortgage related document knowledge preferred\nResponsible for researching and solving loan or task level escalated issues and problems\nAttention to detail in the review and data entry of information from documents.\nAttention to detail resulting in accurate, clear, and professionally formatted reports and/or correspondence for both internal and external clients\nAbility to compose professional correspondence independently for internal/external clients\nAbility to conduct web-based research finding sites and information independently\nProficient in Excel; intermediate to advanced skills including the use of lookups, pivot tables and basic formulas in manipulating large amounts of data\nProficient in Microsoft Office including basic functionality of Excel, Word and Outlook\nExercises good judgment with access to confidential borrower data (SSN)\nDemonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills required for internal and external clients\nFast and accurate data entry\nMakes some independent task level or loan level decisions after research and within delegated authority levels\nSelf-motivated with the initiative to research, question, and apply information\nIndependently organizes, tracks, and prioritizes assigned work including managing internal and external requests effectively and within acceptable timelines\nPerforms quality control (QC) and review of others work\nResponsible for monitoring, reporting, and escalating the status of workflow timelines in adherence with internal and external service level requirements\nMaintains a positive attitude\nAbility to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast moving, deadline driven environment\nAbility to work overtime including weekends as necessary in order to support and fulfill client timeline requirements\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
