We've recently signed multiple large enterprise customers and need strong backend engineers who can own features end-to-end and pass a high technical bar.\nResponsibilities\nOwning features end-to-end in a startup environment with high autonomy\nBuilding and scaling backend systems that handle billions of dollars in mortgage transactions\nLeveraging AI tools to write and ship production code (human-reviewed, AI-assisted)\nDesign and build robust and extensible infrastructure to handle evolving and complex federal, state, and agency regulations\nWork with Product and Design to define the best experience for our customers\nDive deep into understanding the inner workings of a highly complex industry\nLearn new concepts and technologies quickly and apply them to challenging problems\nWork across product and platform/infrastructure teams based on team matching\nIdeal Background\n4+ years of software engineering experience building quality software applications at scale\nStrong communicator.
