You'll work directly alongside attorneys on the Tech Transactions team, helping them operate at higher leverage as demand for MSAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, and other commercial contracts continues to surge.\nResponsibilities\nReviewing, redlining, and managing commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, BAAs) under attorney supervision\n\nSupporting the full commercial contract lifecycle - from intake through execution - for venture-backed startup clients across AI, health tech, ed tech, biotech, and more\n\nHandling healthcare-specific agreements and ensuring HIPAA compliance provisions are properly addressed\n\nImproving internal processes, documentation, and handoffs to increase team efficiency and quality of delivery\n\nCollaborating with attorneys, project managers, and engineers in a squad-based model to deliver embedded, always-on client support\n\nManaging contract workflows\n\nHelping attorneys operate at higher leverage\n\nKey Requirements\nHands-on experience reviewing and marking up commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements) - you need to know how to mark them up, not just manage them\n\nBroad industry exposure across multiple verticals;
