In this role, you will work in a cross-functional environment to translate analytical requirements into trusted data models, metrics and reporting solutions. You will combine business analysis, data modelling and engineering practices to make high-quality data accessible and usable for decision-making across the organisation.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport an international analytics environment serving more than 14 internal analytics teams and over 600 users with reliable, reusable and well-governed analytical data products. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and decision-making needs, and translate them into clear analytical, functional and data requirements. \nDefine business metrics, KPIs and data logic, and design, build and maintain curated datasets, reusable data models and semantic models using SQL and modern data transformation practices. \nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports, working with data engineers to integrate source data, resolve data quality issues and deliver scalable solutions aligned with platform standards. \nDocument data models, metric definitions, transformation logic and lineage, and contribute to governance, standards and continuous improvement for analytics engineering and self-service analytics. \nWhat You Bring\n4+ years of practical experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analysis, data modelling or a comparable role. \nAbility to analyse business processes and stakeholder needs and translate them into precise data requirements, transformation rules and practical analytical solutions. \nExperience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools, preferably Databricks Dashboards or cloud-based Power BI, including semantic modelling, dashboard design and KPI definition. \nStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience transforming large datasets into reliable analytical and dimensional data models; experience with Databricks, Lakehouse platforms, dbt or Python is an advantage. \nGood understanding of data quality, testing, documentation, lineage, governance, version control and structured development practices. \nAbility to structure ambiguous problems independently and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders, supported by strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, a proactive learning mindset and fluency in written and spoken English. \nWe value diversity, and the enrichment it brings to our company.
