This role combines strong business knowledge of financial market data and pricing data with technical capabilities to identify data quality issues, improve operational processes, and implement scalable automation solutions.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Switzerland, Europe, US and Asia, contributing directly to operational excellence, data quality improvements, and strategic transformation initiatives.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial market expertise, technology, and process improvement to deliver measurable business impact and enhance the quality of financial information products.\nWhat You Will Do\nMonitor, analyze, and improve the quality of market data and pricing data across multiple products and services.\nInvestigate data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nAnalyze existing business and data processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.\nDesign and implement future-state solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, transparency, and data quality.\nTranslate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nDrive market data initiatives for exchange data, pricing data, real-time and batch data feeds, and associated operational processes.\nEstablish controls, monitoring frameworks, and quality metrics to proactively identify and resolve data issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.\nChallenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.\nContribute to strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing Data Operations capabilities.\nWhat You Bring\nStrong business knowledge of financial market data and pricing data.\nExperience working with exchange data, market data feeds, and financial information services.\nGood understanding of real-time and batch market data distribution.\nKnowledge of trading schedules, exchange calendars, market segments, and trading venues.\nUnderstanding of pricing concepts, including different price types, valuation methodologies, and historical pricing data.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex data quality issues and identify root causes.\nExperience translating business requirements into operational and technical solutions.\nSQL and query-writing skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.\nPractical experience with Databricks. And basics in Python or other automation/programming languages.\nExperience in data quality management, process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nSelf-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in market data operations, pricing data, financial information services, data quality management, or related fields.\nEnglish (C1 level or higher).
