This role combines deep business knowledge of financial instrument data with strong technical capabilities to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement scalable automation solutions.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Switzerland, Spain, the UK, and Poland, contributing directly to strategic transformation objectives and operational excellence initiatives.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, data, and business process improvement to deliver measurable business impact.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalyze existing business and data processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.\nDesign and implement future-state solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.\nTranslate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nDrive transformation initiatives related to financial instrument data, reference data, corporate actions, and structured products.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.\nChallenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.\nEstablish controls and monitoring mechanisms to maintain data quality and operational excellence.\nContribute to strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing Data Operations capabilities.\nWhat You Bring\nStrong business knowledge of financial instrument data, namely related to corporate actions, reference data, structured products\nExperience translating business requirements into operational and technical solutions.\nStrong process automation and transformation experience.\nHands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory).\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nSelf-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in data transformation, process improvement, financial data operations, or related fields.\nPython, SQL, other automation or programming languages\nExperience with business process redesign and operational transformation initiatives\nEnglish (C1 level or higher)\nGlobal Collaboration\nWork closely with colleagues across Switzerland, Spain, the UK, and Poland in a truly international environment.\nConfident and approachable when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProactive and self-motivated.\nComfortable challenging existing processes and proposing better alternatives.\nCurious, solution-oriented, and willing to ask questions.\nAble to balance independent work with strong collaboration across teams.\nIf you have any questions, check out our FAQ page or call Agnieszka Leputaat +48 538 562 645\nFor this vacancy we only accept direct applications.\nDiversity is important to us.
