The role combines client support, process management, CRM governance and collaboration with business and IT teams, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide functional support to internal and external Members across CRM and Member Services activities\nMaintain high-quality client and business data, ensuring accuracy and governance standards.\nManage user access, onboarding activities and CRM-related administration tasks.\nParticipate in system enhancements, testing activities and process improvement initiatives.\nAct as a key liaison between business users, operations team and IT stakeholders.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in Client Services, Operations, CRM, Customer Support or similar business functions, with strong member relationship management skills.\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.\nInterest in systems, data management, market operational processes and process optimization.\nFunctional knowledge of market operations and standard market messaging processes.\nNative or professional proficiency in Spanish (mandatory).
