This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the UK office, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the UK Country Head and leadership team, providing executive support, coordinating key initiatives, and managing confidential business activities.
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement programmes, wellbeing initiatives, internal communications, and workplace events that strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.

  • Oversee office operations, facilities, suppliers, budgets, procurement, and workplace services, ensuring high standards, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Health & Safety, Business Continuity Management, and operational resilience activities, including emergency planning, regulatory compliance, crisis communications, and incident response coordination.

What You Will Bring

  • Significant experience in Office Management, Workplace Management, Executive Support, Facilities Management, or a similar role within a professional corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to support senior leaders and manage relationships with executive stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
  • Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience producing engaging communications and building trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • A solid understanding of facilities management, health & safety requirements, business continuity principles, supplier management, procurement, and budget control.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, combined with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional workplace and employee experience.
