Working closely with colleagues across time zones, you support our services 24/7 and collaborate with customers, data sources, and internal stakeholders.\nOperating at the intersection of data operations, customer support, and technical troubleshooting, you combine data expertise, analytical thinking, and technical understanding to manage time-critical incidents, assess customer impact, and drive service improvements.
