The Operator will be a critical team member within the Attractions Operations Department, working closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations.\nComply with the Six Flags Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics\nPromote the Six Flags Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors\nPromote Six Flags Qiddiya and spread its culture\nCommit to Six Flags Qiddiya’s rules and regulations\nPerform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goals\nShare with team know-how and encourage their development\nJOB-SPECIFIC\nOperate rides and attractions in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.\nConduct pre-opening and closing checks to ensure all equipment is in working order.\nStart, stop, and reset attractions as needed, following all protocols to ensure a seamless experience.\nMonitor ride performance and notify supervisors of any technical or operational issues.\nGreet guests with a welcoming attitude and provide clear instructions on ride requirements and safety protocols.\nEnsure all guests meet attraction requirements, such as height, weight, and health conditions, before boarding.\nAddress guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a friendly and professional manner.\nAssist with queue management and crowd control, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.\nRespond to ride emergencies or malfunctions promptly, following park emergency protocols.\nWork closely with other team members to ensure smooth ride transitions and efficient operations.\nRequirements\nEducation\nA minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.\nExperience\n0-1 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or operations role.\nPrevious experience in amusement parks, entertainment venues, or similar settings is a plus.\nSkills\nAbility to learn attraction-specific controls and procedures.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and friendliness.\nAbility to follow safety protocols and identify potential risks.\nTeamwork-oriented mindset, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.\ncapable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.\nLanguages: Fluent in English.\nCore Competencies\nSelf-Actualization & Fulfilment: Proficiency Level -
