You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting various technical equipment and systems to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.\nJob Responsibilities:\nOperations:\nSupport the team under the department of Entertainment & Events, ensuring operational readiness, put measures in place to mediate technical down\ntimes, expediate troubleshooting and fix issues efficiently.\nEnsure the teams’ compliance with local laws and guidelines and enforce all park policies and procedures.\nParticipate and assist in meetings and production update sessions, monitor team performance, allocate resources effectively, and participate in the development of entertainment and events to enhance the guest experience.\nSet up, operate, and troubleshoot audio, lighting, and visual equipment for concerts, performances, and other events.\nCollaborate with the Entertainment & Events team to ensure all technical requirements are met for each event and performance.\nPerform routine maintenance and repairs on technical equipment to maintain optimal performance.\nMonitor and respond to any technical issues or malfunctions during events, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.\nAssist in the installation and integration of new equipment and systems as needed.\nMaintain an organized inventory of technical equipment and supplies.\nFollow safety protocols and ensure all equipment is operated in accordance with established guidelines.\nPerform any other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nEducation\nHigh school/Diploma or above.\nExperience\nA minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in the Middle East and/or international markets, with demonstrated expertise in theme parks, cruise lines, or in the fields of entertainment, theatre, show, or event production\nSkills\nStrong motivational, leadership, and team building skills. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. \nAn ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation, as well as through established systems. \nGood organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator. \nAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. \nThe ability to work in a dynamic environment with teams ensuring guest satisfaction. \nStrong technical knowledge and understanding of sound, lighting, and visual
