In this position, you’ll provide meaningful support to our customer’s missions and operations. You’ll work alongside a team of highly skilled operators who are dedicated to using innovative processes, tools, and techniques to get things done. \n Key Responsibilities \nLead the development and implementation of cyber-physical and virtual simulation environments, including test ranges and emulated networks \nDesign and execute modeling frameworks to replicate real-world systems, threats, and operational scenarios \nIntegrate live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) simulation capabilities to support training, testing, and mission rehearsal \nCollaborate with cyber operators, engineers, and analysts to ensure simulations accurately reflect threat behaviors and mission requirements \nOversee the validation and verification (V&V) of models and simulation outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability \nSupport data collection, analysis, and visualization from simulation activities to inform decision-making \nEnsure compliance with DoD/IC modeling and simulation standards, cybersecurity requirements, and system accreditation processes \n Required Qualifications \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field \n10+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, cyber range development, or systems engineering \nDemonstrated experience with simulation tools and frameworks (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, STK, ns-3, OMNeT++, or similar) \nExperience supporting cyber operations, test and evaluation (T&E), or training environments \nStrong understanding of network architectures, operating systems, and cyber threat behaviors \nActive TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain) \nDesired Qualifications \nExperience with cyber range platforms and adversary emulation tools \nFamiliarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cyber kill chain analysis, and threat modeling \nKnowledge of cloud-based simulation environments and containerized architectures \nExperience with DevSecOps pipelines supporting simulation and testing environments \nKey Competencies \nSystems thinking and complex problem-solving \nAbility to translate mission needs into technical simulation environments \nStrong communication skills to interface with both technical and operational stakeholders \nLeadership experience managing M&S teams or large-scale simulation efforts\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\n$200,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
