At SIXT, you’ll bring that kind of initiative to the team that keeps our fleet moving.\nAs a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you’ll coordinate vehicle moves, work with transportation vendors, and keep records accurate. You’ll also use Excel and tools like Claude to investigate discrepancies, pull information from emails and files, and reduce repetitive work. We’ll train you on our logistics processes and systems. Prior logistics experience is welcome and optional.\nYOUR ROLE AT SIXT\nUse AI in day-to-day operations You use Claude and other approved tools to prepare reports, summarize email threads into action items, compare information across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files, and flag inconsistencies for review\nAudit and reconcile data You use Excel to review open orders and fleet records, compare information across files, and investigate discrepancies. Verify AI-generated findings against the source before updating records or sharing results\nFind better ways to work You spot recurring manual steps, test ways to simplify or automate them, and help the team explore how to connect workflows across systems\nCoordinate vehicle moves You schedule and track vehicle movements for new arrivals, sales, and recoveries. Follow up with vendors and internal teams when plans change\nKeep daily operations organized You manage the shared transportation inbox, respond to requests, process vendor invoices, and maintain purchase orders and supporting documentation\nYOUR SKILLS MATTER\nAdministrative experience You have at least one year of experience in an administrative role\nHands-on Excel skills You are comfortable working with large, changing spreadsheets and using tools such as XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and filters to compare records, spot errors, and organize data\nPractical AI experience You can share an example from work, school, or a personal project where you used AI to complete a task, such as comparing documents, summarizing information into next steps, finding errors in a dataset, or building a repeatable workflow. You can explain how you checked the result\nIndependent problem-solving You investigate, test a solution, and share what you find when something looks off or takes longer than it should.
