so engineers can build, ship, and run their products fast and securely.\nYou architect and operate agentic solutions that take on real work in developers' daily routines, which include multiple steps, tool-using systems that reason and act.\nYou embed agents into the internal developer platform, including the CI/CD and observability workflows.\nYou scale it all across SIXT so it works reliably for 800+ engineers in different teams and technology stacks.\nYou work with developers to solve their real-world challenges in their day-to-day work.\n\nYOUR SKILLS MATTER:\nEducation: You hold a B.Tech, B.E., or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.\nExperience: You have 4-7 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer with recent experience working on agentic AI.\nAgentic AI: You have hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems: multi-step agents with tool use, memory, and autonomous decision-making, going well beyond chatbots.\nCloud-Native Infrastructure: You bring solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred), and with running AI workloads reliably at scale.\nObservability: You have hands-on experience with observability tools.\nSystem Engineering: You demonstrate strong system engineering skills and experience building at scale.\nSkills\nAgentic
