Our teams work on complex problems where reliability, security, and speed of innovation matter.\nWe’re looking for 2 Business Analysts who enjoys solving difficult technical challenges and wants their work to have real operational impact.\nMostly remote with ocassional travel to Farnborough or Hook\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Business Analyst, you’ll either capture and document all operational data requirements and target-state reporting requirements so that the migration design can support or understand operational data flows and reporting requirements so that dashboards and reports meet Authority needs.\nYour work may include:\nEngage stakeholders to elicit reporting and migration requirements.\nDocument current and future-state data processes.\nDefine data mapping requirements.\nSupport migration planning workshops.\nProduce migration requirement specifications.\nCapture reporting use cases.\nDefine KPIs and measures.\nDocument data sources and flows.\nProduce reporting requirements documentation.\nSupport user acceptance activities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe value people who take ownership, think critically, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team tackling complex challenges. You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re particularly interested in people with skills/experience in:\nBusiness analyst experience on technical (ideally IT) projects \nWorking within Agile and Waterfall environments, including Kanban.\nStrong verbal and written communication \nExperience working on Data migration and or Data reporting \nExperience with Jira\nProven experience in a defence or government sectors would be ideal\nJust as important are curiosity, strong problem solving ability, and the motivation to continuously improve how technology is designed and delivered.\nAbout SiXworks\nSiXworks is a specialist digital innovation partner delivering secure, mission-critical technology to Defence and National Security organisations.
