It is acknowledged that previous Nuclear based experience will not always be possible, as such supporting with project research and how individual skills may be transferable will be important.\nThere are opportunities to put together strategic people plans within the nuclear sector, work on wider company people projects, deliver an excellent first class service to employees and ensure the administration and processes that engulf working life are implemented effectively and fairly.\nSummary of Role\nThe Material Controller (AB2) manage stock levels to ensure suitable and efficient equipment available, Assume the responsibilities of the Inspection Equipment Focal Point on site, in the control of all incoming and outgoing inspection equipment, consumables and materials, Manage calibration dates of equipment, ensuring routines are adhered to and replacement equipment is available. Ensure care and maintenance and security controls are being effectively deployed.\nKey responsibilities:\nAssisting with the receipt and distribution of permanent construction materials, consumables and sundries.\nPerform all associated admin and clerical duties to ensure record keeping and compliance.\nLiaise with the SME’s and act as intermediary to raise material requests on their behalf and communicate the progression of those orders.\nLiaise with the Warehouse team to ensure correct handling and storage of materials is taking place.\nConduct audits on stock and carry out any care and maintenance checks as and when required.\nEssential Qualifications\nOne of the following from A & B:\nA\nCompetency Based Interview against Job Role\nB\nCCNSG Safety Passport\nWorking Pattern of Attendance and Location(s):\nMon - Fri working pattern\no M7.6, T7.6, W7.6, T7.6, F7.6, S0, S0\n08:00 - 16:00\nRota\no 2 weeks at HPC Main Site\no 2 weeks at BDC\nHinkley Point C Construction Site, Wick Moore Drove, Nr Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1UD\nBridgwater Distribution Centre, Express Park, Bristol Rd, Bridgwater TA6 4RN\nFor this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
