As a Tier One partner to Nuclear New Build (NNB), we provide warehousing and transportation services critical to the success of this project.\nThis is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, between the house of 06:00 and 18:00, covering 37.5 hours per week. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!\nPay, benefits and more:\nWe’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.\nWhat you’ll do on a typical day:\nOversee the day-to-day running of the site, managing teams, contractors, and visitors\nLiaise with stakeholders to coordinate site operations and meet processing volumes\nLead from the front on service delivery, budgetary KPIs, and contractual commitments\nEnsure all shift activities comply with SOPs, SSOWs, and safety procedures\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement and career progression within your team\nWhat you need to succeed at GXO:\nProven experience in warehouse/distribution operations within a fast-paced environment\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams\nExcellent organisational and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience\nIT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly; NEBOSH or CITB MAPS advantageous\nA safety-first mindset with knowledge of HSEQ and regulatory compliance\nWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.\nFor this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
